Restorative & Relational at Our Core
Everything begins with relationships. We know that young people learn best when they feel safe, valued, understood, connected and successful — so before learning can flourish, trust must be built.
We believe behaviour is communication. Rather than asking what punishment a young person deserves, we ask what has happened, what support is needed, and how we can repair relationships. Our aim isn’t simply to manage behaviour — it’s to help young people develop the skills to make better choices in the future.
What Makes Us Different
Who We Support
We support young people aged 11-18 who:
- Are at risk of suspension or exclusion
- Are struggling in mainstream education
- Have SEND or an EHCP
- Have been permanently excluded
- Experience emotionally based school avoidance
- Would benefit from a smaller, relationship-focused setting
